This infographic Instagram post and story concept was created for the Washington Post's news entity called The Lily. I have graphically demonstrated research on gendered language in recommendation letters, and other application materials, that are detrimental to candidates' success. I leaned into the empowering voicee and abstract style of the Lily, which combines photographic collage with handwritten elements. This piece was reviewed by the newspaper's art director.
